I am reconciling an account, the beginning and ending balances are correct, but the number and amount of credits/debits are not the same as my bank statement. Help?

Hello there, support38,

 

There are a few reasons why this is happening:

  • missing transactions are not yet recorded in QuickBooks
  • the reconciliation page is filtered

You'll want to check the filters on the reconciliation page. If it's still not matching the ones you have in your bank statement, you'll want to check the bank register versus the bank statement.
