I am reviewing my 2019 transactions and am seeing that several mobile check deposits I made in 2019 for consulting income received are not in QB.

I have all my accounts linked and see all other transactions, but these few deposits in particular do not show. Is this a synchronization error between QB and my bank? I can see the deposits when I log into my bank's website specifically, so not sure why they did not make their way to QB. Other mobile deposits show in QB without issue.

Hello roshan-thomas567,

The bank transactions are downloaded directly from your bank's website automatically. Otherwise, there are interruptions while the downloading process occurs. For example, either of the programs are having maintenance.

To download the missing deposits, we can click Refresh All when you access Online Banking within QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the same thing happens, we can do browser troubleshooting steps. Cache helps browser's background processes. However, it can also cause interruptions when piled up.

Here's how to fix any cache-related issues:

  1. Open a private window and access your account again. It still uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can download the bank transactions successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers if necessary. Each of them uses different cache.

After that, you can review and categorize the transactions.

If you require additional help, you can always get back to me. More information about it would be much appreciated.
