I am trying to reconcile my banking account, but I can not see my last 2 months. What is going on here?

Updating your bank account will help us to bring those missing transactions back into QuickBooks Online (QBO), Yovani. I'll show you how.

For now, let's manually update your bank account to download the transactions and help refresh the connection between your bank and QBO.

Once you're ready. Here's how:

  1. Click Transactions from the left menu, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the bank account.
  3. From the top-right of the page, click the Update button.

Also, check your bank's website to confirm if there's system maintenance on your bank's end. As an alternative, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks.

Once you have successfully updated the missing transactions, you have to categorize and match them. This will help your transactions be in the correct accounts when adding them to QuickBooks. After that,  reconcile your account moving forward.

If you require additional assistance reconciling transactions, feel free to leave a comment below. We'll be sure to get back to you.
