Thanks for considering QuickBooks as your financial software! Each version of QuickBooks has a different set of features to offer business owners and I want to make sure you have all the details you need to transfer files and get going in the program.
I see that you've chosen QuickBooks Self-Employed for the product tag for this Community question. Here are the important things you keep in mind. This is the most simplified version of QuickBooks and doesn't have any sort of file transfer option from other software and the import options are also limited (like importing bank transactions). It'll take you to start fresh in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Here's an Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Though you can consider other QuickBooks products like QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. These programs have wider import options to offer that could be a great opportunity to transfer quicken CSV files. Specifically, both of the products can import lists of accounts, customers, transactions, vendors and many more.
You can reference these detailed resources:
I'll share this page, which describes the three products I've just mentioned so you can get a better sense of what product to choose: All QuickBooks Products. From there, you'll see which version of QuickBooks fits your needs.
I'd be delighted to answer them if you have other concerns or questions about QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'll keep my notifications open. Take care!
You can only able to migrate data from Quicken to QBO, not QBSE.
