Thank you for alerting us about this behavior, @rgandreb.
Usually, a tab or button freezes when there's too much cache data stored on the browser you're using. To fix this, you can start by opening QuickBooks using a private window and upload the file from there. This browser prevents any virus infections that can cause unexpected behavior when using QuickBooks.
To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.
Also, please make sure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser and have added Intuit as a trusted site to prevent your browser from potentially blocking site content.
Once the bank data is successfully uploaded, here's how you can add, match, and categorize them.
Keep me posted with the result. I want to make sure this is resolved for you. Thanks for coming to the Community, keep safe always!
