Usually, the error occurs when there's too much cache in your browser. To fix this, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. Let's start by opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) through an incognito window. It's the best place to identify web issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Try to connect your bank account again. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. We advise customers to clear them out periodically to prevent and fix web issues. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.
If you still have the same error after following the recommended steps, use other supported browsers in QuickBooks Online.

Open your QBO account on incognito/private browser and redo the bank feeds. If the same error persists, you may explore this app. If your bank supports SlickConnect, utilize the trial period of it to isolate the issue.
