I am unable to add new Bank of America credit cards to Quickbooks for the last 1 week. I am able to download transactions for accounts previously connected.

I recommend contacting our Technical Support team for further assistance. They can check your account thoroughly in a secure environment and investigate further the root cause of this connection issue.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account and select Help (?).
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the field and hit Let’s talk.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.
