I am unable to add new Bank of America credit cards to Quickbooks for the last 1 week. I am able to download transactions for accounts previously connected.

Open your QuickBooks account and select Help (?).
Click Contact Us.
Enter your concern in the field and hit Let’s talk.
Choose to Get a callback.
