Thank you for your reply. I was able to link the new credit card. Now there is a new problem. I have two Coti cards and it seems when I sync the new card it disconnects the other card. I am researching this and understand others are having the same issue. I have two different Citi cards and need both to be synced with my qb online. It is not a bank issue, nor a Citi issue, it is a qb issue. What’s the update on having this issue resolved. Thanks!

If your CITI Cards share the same login credentials, QuickBooks Online (QBO) will not be able to link to both accounts. It is important to confirm your login credentials with your bank.
