I am unable to receive new transactions in my self employed quickbooks account past 8/30/19. can anyone help?

Updating the bank account can help fetch new bank transactions. Let’s go to the Bank accounts page to accomplish this task.


Before performing any troubleshooting, first, check if the bank's website is working fine by logging in and making sure you're seeing new transactions. If you’re unable to find one, let's reconnect QBSE to your account by going through the steps.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon to select Bank accounts.

  2. In the upper right hand, hit the Refresh all button.

  3. Please perform this procedure around 3-5 times to build a stable connection between the two platforms (bank and QBSE).
