If the Direction filter is set to Income, you won't see expense transactions. Follow these steps to adjust the filter.

Otherwise, consider clearing your app's cache to resolve any temporary data issues that may be preventing you from seeing or editing your expense transaction.

That usually happens when the expense was recorded under a different account, or the mobile app hasn’t synced properly with the web version yet. Go to Expenses to see if it’s listed there. If it is, you can edit it directly from the web. That change will sync back to the app.
If you don’t see it on the web either, try refreshing the app data: go to Reset App Data. Also, make sure you’re signed in under the same company file you used to create the expense - it’s easy to switch between files without noticing.
If none of that helps, it might just be a sync delay. The cloud copy is usually fine, but the local one can lag. In that case, re-installing or signing out/in again forces a clean sync.
