I am unable to see or edit expense transaction that I have added in the app.

I'll help you find the expense transactions you added, info2287.

If the Direction filter is set to Income, you won't see expense transactions. Follow these steps to adjust the filter.

For Android:

  1. Go to the Bank transactions menu.
  2. In the Transactions page, tap the Filter icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Direction and select Expense.

For iOS:

  1. Tap Menu in the lower right corner.
  2. In the All transactions page, tap the Filter icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Direction and select Expense.

Otherwise, consider clearing your app's cache to resolve any temporary data issues that may be preventing you from seeing or editing your expense transaction.

You can also reach out to our Live Support team for further assistance. They can review your account, identify the cause of the issue, and guide you on the next steps to resolve it.

That usually happens when the expense was recorded under a different account, or the mobile app hasn’t synced properly with the web version yet. Go to Expenses to see if it’s listed there. If it is, you can edit it directly from the web. That change will sync back to the app.

If you don’t see it on the web either, try refreshing the app data: go to Reset App Data. Also, make sure you’re signed in under the same company file you used to create the expense - it’s easy to switch between files without noticing.

If none of that helps, it might just be a sync delay. The cloud copy is usually fine, but the local one can lag. In that case, re-installing or signing out/in again forces a clean sync.
