I hope you're having a fantastic day so far. You can use QuickBooks Desktop on your PC and laptop as long as the program is installed on both computers, and they meet the system requirements. To install QuickBooks, you can follow the steps listed below:

 

  1. Download your version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Obtain your product and license number and open the downloaded (QuickBooks.exe) file.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions, then accept the software license agreement. Press Next.
  4. Enter the product and license number and hit Next.
  5. Choose between an Express or Custom and Network install.
  6. Activate QuickBooks Desktop.
