Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help show up the Project tab on your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus version. Sometimes, a browser full of cache and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors. With this, let's log in to your QBO account via incognito to isolate the problem.

Go to the Help button, then choose Contact Us.
Type your concern in the field and hit Let's talk.
Select Get a call or Start a chat, then submit the request.
