Are you getting any error code or messages in connecting Capitol One Spark to QuickBooks Online? If so, you can try searching for the specific error message in the search field located at the top of the page.
If not, let's make sure that your bank's website is not under maintenance and that you can log in to your account. You can also try using the private browser or incognito mode and log in to QuickBooks. Then, try connecting your bank account again.
If you get the same result, try clearing out your browser's cache to refresh the settings.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions using the WebConnect feature.
