Since you're unable to review your American Express Business card transactions, let's refresh the account to get the data to be reviewed to appear.
Here's how:
- In the upper right corner, click the ellipsis.
- Select Settings & Help.
- Click Refresh Data.
- Choose Yes to confirm.
- Close and reopen the mobile app and check if it's working fine.
- Restart your phone.
