Thanks for posting here in the Community and notifying me about this. I can provide some information for why you're unable to connect your Old National Bank account to QuickBooks.
Previously, Old National Bank was unable to have transactions import into QuickBooks Online (QBO). The connection between us was interrupted due to a security update. The same update that prompted you to give access to QBO.
However, we were able to resolve this 3 months ago. Since you're still experiencing the same issue, please contact our Customer Care Team so they can pull up your account in a safe environment and help you reconnect your account. Here's how to reach them:
- Visit the following link: QuickBooks Contact Us.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Choose Solving issues & error messages, and then Banking.
- In section 2, Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert, click Get Phone Number.
In the meantime, you may also download your transactions via WebConnect.
