If you refer to your income transactions, I recommend checking your bank’s website for any maintenance alerts or notifications that might be preventing the transactions from syncing to QuickBooks. Sometimes, banks perform updates or require reauthorization, which can temporarily block data synchronization.
If there are no alerts on your bank’s side, you can manually update your bank transactions by following these steps:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Click My apps in the left menu and select the Accounting tile.
- Choose the Bank transactions tab.
- Click the Update button to refresh your bank feeds.
