If you added both bank accounts manually, let’s check the Chart of accounts page. You can use the search bar to find your bank accounts easily.
If you’re unable to locate them, clear your browser’s cache, as corrupted files can cause this issue. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser.
If you’re referring to the connected bank accounts, please contact our Live Support team. They can help you figure out what’s preventing the connection through a screen-sharing session.
Here’s how to get in touch with them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on Help (?).
- In the Assistant tab, type your question. You can also use the Search tab to find the Contact Us button.
- You can choose to chat with a live expert or have them call you back.
