I can't seem to find the import trial balance icon on the import data tab. Can you help me on this? I need to import data from a manual excel file.

The best way to import a Trial Balance into QBO is with the import type Journal Entry. You may need an importer tool.

NOTE: Any line in the import file that posts to an AR or an AP Account must reference a name (Customer or Vendor), and that name must already exist in the QBO company file.

It's my pleasure to answer your first question here in the Community. At the moment, importing a trial balance option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. 

For now, you can only import data such as listed below: 

• Bank Data
• Customers
• Vendors
• Chart of Accounts
• Products and Services
• Invoices

As a workaround, you'll want to visit our QuickBooks Apps Center and search for a compatible third-party application that can help import trial balance in QuickBooks.
