I'll share some troubleshooting steps to help you view the new transactions, thompsonkr.
Before doing so, make sure to change the data connection on your device.
- If connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data.
- If connected to cellular data, connect to Wifi.
Then, we can try to clear the app's data.
For Android:
- From More Options ⋮, tap Settings.
- Select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
For iOS:
- From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
Once done, restart your device and open the QuickBooks app. Check to see if you have the new transactions. Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the app.
