I cant find where to update my card info

Why is it so hard to update your card. I am having the same issue. Why make it difficult for your clients. Make it easier. This has made me want to seek another app that is user friendly. Ridiculous!! All i want to do is update my credit card and I cannot. This app sucks

I want to make sure you'll be able to update your card in QuickBooks Self-Employed, Stupidapp.

For the card that isn't updating, this can be caused by a cache-related issue. The too much-stored data file may lead to unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

To clear this out, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. We can start by accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private window.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back to your billing section and update your card from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

You can refer to this article to know about updating card information, check out this article: Update your billing and subscription info in QuickBooks Self-Employed. This will provide you link on how to update it via android or iOS.

You'll be back in business in no time. Please know I'm only a post away if you still need help with this. I'll be around to assist you. Have a nice day!
