I cant find where to update my card info

Hello,

 

I am trying to update my card info so I can be billed for your services. I can’t seem to find where to do this?

The following steps below will guide you on how to find the Billing Info page, where you can update your information:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Billing info.
  3. Hit the pencil icon in the Payment information section
  4. Update the credit card information, then select Update
  5. To update the Billing address, fill out the current and correct address in the next section
  6. Close the window when you're done making changes

I cant find where to update my card info

Why is it so hard to update your card. I am having the same issue. Why make it difficult for your clients. Make it easier. This has made me want to seek another app that is user friendly. Ridiculous!! All i want to do is update my credit card and I cannot. This app sucks

I want to make sure you'll be able to update your card in QuickBooks Self-Employed, Stupidapp.

 

For the card that isn't updating, this can be caused by a cache-related issue. The too much-stored data file may lead to unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

 

To clear this out, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. We can start by accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private window.


Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, go back to your billing section and update your card from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
