I’d like some help with being able to see transactions from my Bank of America Business Credit Card. Has anyone had issues with this?

We didn't  receive any reports about this. You'll want to make sure that the account is turned on before clicking the refresh button to see those bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
2. Select Bank accounts. 
3. Click Refresh all.
   

However, if you're still unable to see the transactions, you can import them in QBSE. For detailed steps, please follow this article: Add Older Transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
