Buy nowGood morning, @workjobs.
It's great to see a new face here in the Community! Let's work together to see why you're not able to view the money you transferred but was charged a transfer fee.
To clarify, what day and time did you perform the transfer? Often, it can take a few business days for the transfer to come over.
Also, any screenshots you have of the charge will help us determine the best solution for your business. I'll be waiting for your response!
I did a transfer at first to test. And it worked fine and the money went straight to my account right away. So next 2 days which was last Friday I did a transfer to do my payroll and it never went and still have not. But this morning I saw where I was charged transfer fee. When I thought bank transfer was free.

Thanks for checking back with us, @workjobs.
I wanted to clarify what type of bank transfer you've completed. Was it from your QuickBooks Checking or a customer bank transfer?
To explain the difference:
There are no fee's when transferring money to or from your QuickBooks Cash account. However, there are charges for withdrawal, balance inquiry, and foreign transactions.
On the other hand, a payment processing fee is another way of transactions. With this, when you use QuickBooks Payments to take payments from QuickBooks, there is a charge fee each time you process a transaction. Fees will depend on how you processed the payment. To see the fees associated with payment processing, check out What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?
I also wanted to mention that you'll need to keep a check on your email. QuickBooks will send an email explaining if your deposit is on hold and will give specific steps to fix any issues. Usually, we ask for more info so we can complete our review. You'll want to follow the steps in the email as soon as possible in order for our Merchant Team to complete processing.
If you're not getting any emails, please contact our Merchant Support so we can do a bank trace. You can use this link: Contact Payments QuickBooks Payments to get in touch with our team directly.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care!
