If the transaction was created in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you should be able to locate and match them with the downloaded one. Isolate this, let's make sure that you've selected the correct date range in the Match area/window.

Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Locate the downloaded transaction in the For Review tab.
  3. Click the Match or Find Match radio button to open the Match transactions window.
  4. Enter the correct date range in the From and To fields.
  5. Choose the correct match and then hit Match to complete the process.

For further guidance, consider checking out this article: Download, match, and categorize your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Assign, categorize, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.
