I don't like the way Quickbooks Online defaults the payee and category/match in Banking. How can I stop this?

I don't like the way Quickbooks Online defaults the payee and category/match in Banking. How can I stop this?

"How can I stop this?"

 

To stop this from the Banking > For Review tab, uncheck "Remember category selection" box from the middle gear (next to printer icon).
