I downloaded QB 2020 to my laptop after I upgraded. I now need to download it to my work desktop. Who do I call to have them send it to me?

If that is the case, you can download the QB 2020 from the web, then install it on your desktop. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Downloads & Updates page to get the link for the version of QuickBooks you purchased. 
2. Choose your country, product, and version. If you're unsure about what version you use, check out this link: Not sure what version you use?
3. Click Download. 

Once done, you can now install QuickBooks on your desktop. You'll just need to enter your license and product number. Refer to the topic: How do I find my license and product numbers outlined in this help article: Download QuickBooks Desktop. 

However, if you're working on the laptop and desktop simultaneously, I'd suggest you contact our QuickBooks Desktop customer support to purchase another license.

You'll want to go to the Download & Updates page using this link: https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products to download QuickBooks Desktop. Then, install it on your desktop so you can access the software. You can follow the steps mentioned by @katherinejoyceO.

On the other hand, you can also update QuickBooks to the latest version if you have already installed it on your computer. Please check out this article: Update QuickBooks Desktop To the Latest Release.
