Let's check to see why you're getting a notification about paying QuickBooks, capstoneministri.
We'll open your Billing & Subscription page and see the status of your QuickBooks subscription.
- Click the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
- Select on Billing & Subscription.
- Check the status of your QuickBooks Online product.
If the status says you need to update your payment details, you can click on it and update the detail. If it's just saying Active and without any red texts that require your attention, we can just do the basic browser troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, you'll see random displays or notifications when the browser's cache is full.
To start, you can log in to QuickBooks in a private window. This won't save your browsing history to cache, and it's a good initial step to check browser issues. If you won't see the message, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, you can try other browsers to isolate the case.
