You can exclude the credit card deposits that are showing as debit instead of a credit in the For Review tab.
Here's how:
- In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
- In the For Review tab, place a checkmark on the credit card deposits.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down and hit Exclude Selected.
They're now moved to he Excluded tab for reference or review, but are not tracked or reported. To completely delete them, here's how:
- Go to the Excluded tab, then place a checkmark on the credit card deposits.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down and pick Delete.
For further guidance, refer to this article: Exclude downloaded bank transactions.
Then, if your financial institution allows, you can download them again by clicking the Update button on the Banking page.
If not, you can manually import/upload the transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO). For more information, consider checking out this article for the detailed steps on how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
