I have 2 weeks of banking transactions that are not showing up in my quickbooks, is there any way to have them sync or is this something I need to do manually?

I understand how important it is to have all your bank transactions synced in QuickBooks Online, melindaspringer. I'm here to ensure this gets resolved.

To start, let's perform a manual download. This helps us sync the latest transactions to the program. I'll guide you how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Banking tab.
3. Click Update.

If the downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I'd suggest signing in to their website to check its cause. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select Link account. Note: You won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL.
3. Search for your bank and select it.
4. Copy the URL listed for your bank.
5. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.

Once signed in, check if you encounter any of the following:

1. Messages, notifications, or alerts.
2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
3. Announcements about new security requirements.

If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks. Then, do a manual download again.

Aside from that, you can also manually add your bank data to the program. 

Once your bank transactions are added in QuickBooks, you can now review, categorize and match them to ensure they're put in the correct accounts.
