I have 3 payments that were paid in October but have never transferred to my bank. I want to know why and also fix that.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. I'm here to provide some insights and to get this sorted out for you.

Let’s log in to your Merchant services account to check the status of the payments. I’ll show you how:

  1. Log into the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the top menu, click Activity & Reports.
  3. Click Transactions.
  4. Select Card (credit card) as the transaction type and a date range.
  5. Click the Trans ID number to display a detailed view of the transaction.

If you confirm that it's already been deposited, I recommend getting in touch with our Merchant Support Team so they can take a closer look as to why these payments are still not transferred in your bank.

  1. Follow this link: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us.
  2. Get and contact the number under QuickBooks Payments section.
