There are times that online banking may conduct system maintenance. You can sign in with your online banking website to see if there are notifications that you need to take care of.
In the meantime, I suggest updating your bank feeds manually and see if it downloads your bank transactions. You can follow these steps for the process:
If you have updated anything recently on your bank's website, make sure to update the bank's sign-in info in QuickBooks. You can follow the steps through this article in Step 3: Update your bank info in QuickBooks: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. It includes the fixes for error codes like 103, 106, 185, and more.
