Let me help share insight why you're unable to see the link option in QuickBooks Online.
We can check the link that you've used and made sure it's the correct one. Let's log in to your bank's website to copy and then paste the URL in the Connect and account page.
If it's still the same, let's try other names of your financial institution that are listed. Sometimes a bank has multiple bank names, or they might have different types of accounts.
Click Banking on the left menu.
On the Banking page, select Add Account.
Search for your financial institution from the list.
Select the link for your bank's website. A new window opens for the bank's website.
Make sure you can access your account through this site by verifying that you can see your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
If you access the account successfully, log out of the FI's website and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you still can't connect, you can send a request to add your bank on the list. You'll have to click the green button to Request support for your bank. Enter your bank's URL in the field provided, then select Request.
