I have a Chase Ink Business Card and it doesn't sync with Quickbooks. Does anyone else have a similar issue and how to fix it?

I'm here to help you figure this out and get the most recent data from your bank account in QuickBooks, userneal.

I've conduct research and checked with our technical support team. There is no ongoing investigation about Chase Ink Business Card. Before diving in, have you encountered an error message while trying to sync with QuickBooks? I'll make sure you can get the most updated transaction with your bank in QuickBooks.

Let's go ahead and update the bank account in QuickBooks using a private window to ensure this is not related to a browser issue. Storing a lot of files in the history folder can be the cause of the issue. Please check to see the list of browsers supported by QuickBooks Online below:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift
  • Safari: press Command Shift

Once you're in the Private / Incognito window, log in to your account and go to Banking, select the appropriate account, and click the Update to manually refresh it. If it works, you can clear the cache. This is to begin your data clean and help QuickBooks to work properly. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers in QBO. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
