Next, close your company file and open it using the incognito mode or private window. The browser’s cache stores temporary data to speed up loading times.
When there are too many files, it causes unexpected behavior in QBO. To bring up a private window, follow the steps below.
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once the private browsing opens, try deleting the credit card account again. If you continue to get the same result, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team.
Choose the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
Type the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Message an agent or Get a callback.
