I have a deposit transaction that I see on my bank account but it is not transferring to my quickbooks transactions. Any suggestions on what to do?

Hello there, cquis. I would be glad to help you out with this.

 

In regards to your concern, we can start by clicking the Reload icon or press CTRL F5 to refresh QuickBooks. In case the same thing happens, we ca manually record transactions within QuickBooks Self-Employed. To guide you further with this, we follow the steps below. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select Add transactions at the upper-right corner.
  3. Enter the amount and brief description.
  4. Click the Select Category menu and choose a category that you want to organize your transactions. You can refer to this link to know more about categories:

  5. Then, Save.
