Hi there, Kelly.
Let’s work together to resolve the gap in your imported transactions.
Before we proceed, could you let me know the date range for the missing transactions? Are they recent or older than 90 days? This information will help me suggest the most accurate solution for you.
If the transactions are recent, I recommend performing a manual update or searching through the For Review, Categorized, or Excluded tabs. This process can retrieve recent gaps before performing a manual upload.
You can refer to this article for detailed guidance: Find missing downloaded transactions.
For transactions older than 90 days, yes, you will need to manually upload them using a CSV file from your bank, if your bank supports this option. Alternatively, you can upload your transactions in other supported file formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, QFX, QBO, OFX, or TXT. To import them easily, follow these steps:
- Navigate to All apps, then select Accounting.
- Click Bank transactions.
- From the Link account dropdown, choose Upload from file.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account for the upload.
- Select Upload from this device, browse for your file, and click Upload.
- Match the columns in your file to the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue.
- Choose which transactions to import, then select Continue.
- Click Yes, then Done.
