I have a new bank account and have closed out the old account. I have posted the transactions showing but cannot reconcile as they do not show on that tab..

Possibly all the new transactions are posted to the old bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Liana. Let me provide insights on how to reconcile.

To reconcile transactions, ensure that all transactions have been accurately transferred and posted from the old to the new account. Check for matching transactions in both accounts, paying attention to discrepancies in amounts, dates, or payees. If transactions are missing in the reconciliation tab, adjust your settings to ensure they appear in the new account.

Additionally, you can refer to this article to view, print, or export a reconciliation report: Print, or export a reconciliation report.

If you continue to encounter issues reconciling transactions in your new bank account, consider consulting with bookkeeping experts. Whether you need to organize your books for tax season or prefer having a dedicated bookkeeper manage your accounts, Live Experts can assist you.

I'm always available to assist with any reconciliation questions or other concerns related to QBO. Please feel free to reply below with your inquiries, and we'll respond promptly. Have a wonderful day ahead!
