Glad to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, Eric. Yes, we can deposit the refund check to your QuickBooks Checking in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'm here to help you how.
First, let's deposit the check to the bank account connected to your QuickBooks Checking. To do that:
Once done, let's put the funds into your QuickBooks Checking account. Here's how:
We can also use the mobile check deposit to deposit funds into QuickBooks Checking. So, the check is made out to my business, so I have not deposited the check into an account to transfer from (reference note #4: Select (+) in the From field, then select the bank account where you deposited the check.)

I'm here to provide additional insights about depositing a refund check into your QuickBooks Checking account.
You'll need to record a bank deposit to the bank account linked to your QuickBooks Checking account first so you can transfer the funds to your QuickBooks Checking account. After that, you can follow the detailed steps shared by my peer, JaeAnnC, above. See this reference for more information: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.
Regarding your mobile check deposit concern, it's only available on iOS devices and is also subject to eligibility criteria. Your QuickBooks Checking or Money by QuickBooks account must be active and in good standing.
However, since you don't have those options, I suggest contacting our Payments Support Team. This way, they can review your account and verify when you'll be eligible for the mobile check deposit.
