I have a second corporation that I want to add to my Quickbooks account, can I do it

I can help you with that, drankin.

 

You can have multiple companies under the same QBO account. Keep in mind that each company has its own paid subscription and you'll be accessing them with the same sign-in information.

 

To add your second corporation, you can to our website to select the plan or version that best suits your business needs. After that, click the Select button and then follow the on-screen instruction to add your new QuickBooks company.

 

Once you're all done and ready, simply go to the Gear icon and then choose Switch company to switch between companies. I also encourage checking our Getting Started Guide to help set up your new company.

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus and Advanced. Otherwise you should open a new account.
