I have an established account. It says I need to reconnect account. I successfully follow the instructions but it doesn't download transactions. Suggestions?

It's great that you're able to follow the instructions to reconnect the banking. Let's manually update it to help in downloading the transactions. From the Banking or Transactions menu, go to the Banking tab, and select Update.

 

Also, make sure that your bank doesn't have any system issues. It can result in the transactions not downloading to QuickBooks Online. You'll want to check your bank's website to see if there's an alert or notification.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from your bank that we can import.
