I have an excel spreadsheet I use to calculate charges. Can I import this to my customers?

It’s nice to have you with us in the Community today. Let me share some insights about importing information into QuickBooks Online.


Currently, the only information you can import to QBO are the following:
•    Customers
•    Vendors
•    Accounts
•    Products and Services


Importing calculated charges from an Excel Spreadsheet isn’t yet available. You’d need to manually enter these data to customers transactions.
