Hi, @pkuroda. I'm pleased to help you import your Excel Spreadsheet to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The system supports the 3-column and 4-column formats when uploading an Excel file.

  • The 3-column format has a DateDescription, and Amount.
  • The 4-column format has a DateDescriptionCredit, and Debit column.

At this time, I'd recommend modifying your Excel file to match either of the supported format mentioned. Then, upload it to QuickBooks. I'm adding this screenshot for your visual reference.

You can also learn more about CSV formats from this link: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. If you wish to link your account in the future to save time and don't have to enter or upload your transactions manually, check out this article as your guide: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If you have other banking questions, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
