I have been getting billed for 6 months $25 a month and unable to access for 6 months I just thought that I had to renew but when I checked that was not the case?

I notice the regular price of QBSE is $15/month, and QBO Simple Start is $25/month. If you don't have any data in your current account, it is better to open a brand new one with current disccounted price for up to 6 months. For QBSE, the current discounted price is $1/month for12 months.

In addition to Fiat Lux's answer, I'd also like to make sure you'll be routed you to the right support that can help you verify the status of your account as well as the details of the charge.

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Team for they have the special tools used to identify the reason why you're unable to access your account while being billed.

 

You can reach them by following the steps below:

 

  1. From the Assistant tab, type or say Talk to a human.
  2. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say Talk to a human.
  3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
