I have been unable to connect Quickbooks to my Citibusiness account for 5 days now. Is anyone else having this issue?

Let's narrow down the possibilities of why you're unable to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online, jlr627. It's possible that:

  • your bank has an ongoing website maintenance.
  • the connection between  your bank's website and QuickBooks Online is interrupted.
  • cache files are blocking certain components that help establish the connection.

You can reach out to your bank to verify if they have an ongoing website maintenance. Once they're done, you can try connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online again.

 

Meanwhile, we can also do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues. Though cache files can boost browser processes, they can also cause interruptions to other connections. Here's what we need to do:

  1. We can use a private browser because it doesn't store cache files. Then try reconnecting your bank.
  2. If you can do it successfully, we can clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
  3. We can also use other supported browsers because each of them uses different sets of cache files.

I've been having same issue for about the same amount of time.     It is probably something on the web portal from Citibusiness.   IT has happened before .. usually lasts a few weeks.  then all of a sudden gets fixed
