I have connected my bank account multiple times and every time my transactions do not load. I left my phone on overnight for over seven hours and nothing loaded.

I have connected and disconnected my bank account over five times now both on the app and on the web and every time it says my transactions are loading but yet I have waited over five hours every single time and I cannot get any of my transactions to load onto my account the bank account says it’s connected and it shows my cards but when I clicked them, it tells me that I need to connect the bank account and there’s no transaction showing up

I'll point you in the right direction to get this checked, @forgottenlag007. I'll also provide a workaround to get you through this and access your bank transactions as soon as possible.

Since the issue persists after disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account, I recommend contacting our Live Support. This way, they can check your account in a secure environment to determine the root cause of this issue. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Type in Talk to an expert or click Contact us to get options for expert help.

For more details, please refer to this page: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

In the meantime, you can consider importing your transactions manually. These are the steps:

  1. On the left navigational bar, go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Click the Dropdown arrow beside the New transaction button.
  3. Choose Upload bank statement.
  4. Click the Drag and drop or select files.
  5. Locate the downloaded bank statement.
  6. Follow the on screen instruction.
  7. Once done, click Got it.

As always, I encourage you to comment below if you have other bank-related questions or need assistance simplifying tasks inside QuickBooks. I'll make sure to respond promptly, @forgottenlag007. Keep safe.
