- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select (?) Help.
- Type in Talk to an expert or click Contact us to get options for expert help.

In the meantime, you can consider importing your transactions manually. These are the steps:
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Transactions tab.
- Click the Dropdown arrow beside the New transaction button.
- Choose Upload bank statement.
- Click the Drag and drop or select files.
- Locate the downloaded bank statement.
- Follow the on screen instruction.
- Once done, click Got it.
