It's nice to see you again here in the Community, @Cityconect.

You'll need to turn on the multi-currency feature in QuickBooks Online to allocate different currencies on your customers payments. Take note that this option is only available to the Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions of QuickBooks.

To do that:

  1. Hit on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose on Account and Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Click on Edit ✎ in the Currency section and choose your Home Currency.
  5. Press the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Tick on Save and close.

For complete details about this process including adding and deleting currencies, please see this link: Turn on and use multicurrency.

On the other hand, if you want to assign multiple currencies in one customer payment, this option is currently not available. The system only allows one currency per payment. For now, you can manually  receive the payment and have your customer do the conversion.

To give you more information about multi-currency an on how it works in QBO, please refer to these resources:

I'll be right here to help you if you have any other questions. Thanks for coming, and stay safe.
