It's nice to see you again here in the Community, @Cityconect.
You'll need to turn on the multi-currency feature in QuickBooks Online to allocate different currencies on your customers payments. Take note that this option is only available to the Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions of QuickBooks.
To do that:
Hit on the Gear icon at the top.
Choose on Account and Settings.
Click on Edit ✎ in the Currency section and choose your Home Currency.
Press the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
On the other hand, if you want to assign multiple currencies in one customer payment, this option is currently not available. The system only allows one currency per payment. For now, you can manually receive the payment and have your customer do the conversion.
