I'd like to look into this deeper for you and get you on track with your bank's connection. First, I'd like to ask a few questions to learn more about your bank:
- What is the name of your bank?
- Do you receive any error messages when you try connecting the bank?
- Are you using Direct Connect or Web Connect?
