I'm here to help you get past the issue you're getting with your newly created deposits.
Our Support Team has not communicated any ongoing issues about inactive customers showing on new deposits. In the meantime, we can try running some basic troubleshooting to identify what's causing this unexpected hitch.
Have you tried doing this on a private browser? If not, I'd suggest performing that first. Doing this does not save your browsing history making it a good place to isolate web data issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts below:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you're not getting the same result in the incognito window, you can switch back to regular browsing and clear your browser's cache.
