Let's try a few steps that can help us check if a browser issue is hiding or unsaving the income transaction. Here's how:
Log in to your account in a private/incognito browsing session. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:
- Ctrl + Shift + n for Google Chrome
- CTRL + SHIFT + P for Mozilla and Microsoft Edge.
- Click File, then select New Private Window if you're using Safari
Once done, go back to the Transactions tab. Then, check if the income and the rest of the transactions are already showing up.
If that's successful, proceed to deleting your browsing history to clear out the cache that;s causing the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can use any of the browsers I'v mentioned above to further isolate the issue. All of them are compatible with QBSE.
